Welcome to Southwestern Christian University – home of the Eagles!  It is truly a pleasure to welcome all of our returning students as well as each of our new students.  I am anticipating a fantastic year for SCU’s students.  It is our goal to help guide you in your spiritual, academic, emotional, and physical growth.  At SCU we intentionally offer a close, community atmosphere rooted in Biblical principles and values that are essential to the success of every student while in school and for the rest of their lives.  

At SCU we believe in the development of the whole person toward the fulfillment of their purpose in God’s Kingdom.  We believe that you chose SCU because God has a plan for your life which involves attending SCU; and, by doing so, you are being obedient to God’s call on your life.  We believe that by choosing SCU, you will reach your professional and spiritual goals which align with the mission of this great University.  We train the most competent, servant-focused leaders to have the greatest impact on their community and the world.
