Brief Job Description: Senior Pastor: The Senior Pastor of Real Life Ministries (RLM) will lead the church and seek to influence the surrounding community in fulfilling the vision of RLM which is “knowing Christ and making Him known.” He will lead the church body and faithfully discharge general Senior Pastoral duties with a specific emphasis on obedience to the commission to make disciples, both in our community and elsewhere.

Additional Comments: The church in Richmond is a church that was planted in 2003 by the current conference Bishop. It was running 100+ three years ago. Attendance dropped to 2 last January. The Bishop is filling in interim and the attendance is back up to between 25-30. They have a church facility, 8,400 square feet sitting on 6.5 acres along the main highway into Richmond.
