A standard guide for use regarding titles, terms, building names, department titles, and other important information.  All public relations materials (flyers, webpages, social media, apparel, etc.) must be approved prior to printing or manufacture.  All reports, PR materials and other items must conform to the standard usages outlined here.

Standard names of facilities on campus will be as follows:

Administration Building - A two level building which includes Admissions, Financial Aid, Business Office, Academic Affairs, Registrar and Library & Information Center.

Patrick Building - A multi-function facility including cafeteria, formal dining room, student lounge, and classrooms.

Cabins - These historic mini bungalows date from the 1920's, when the land was part of a children's orphanage and elder care facility, and now serve as faculty and staff offices.

Residence Halls and Student Centers: These are facilities providing sleeping, study and relaxation space for those who live on campus. Some also contain flexible space for classrooms and/or special events.
