Bio/comments: I am 65 years old, (soon to be 66). My experiences at Southwestern College are among the happiest I have ever had. My academic achievements allowed my to complete my BS in accounting at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I went on to be a Certified Public Account (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). I spent 30 years with the Arkansas Division of Legislative Audit. Fifteen years were at the Capitol in Little Rock and my last 15 as Regional Manager of Northeast Arkansas in Jonesboro. I retired December 31, 1999. I spent the next year and a half as Chief Fiscal Officer at Mid-South Health Systems in Jonesboro. I resigned on June 30, 2001 and took over the ownership of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Franchise for Northest Arkansas. My main office in located in Paragould, AR.
