The library welcomes input from its discipline specific experts - the faculty - concerning potentional additions to the library collection of resources.

All materials added to the collection must meet collection development criteria:

• Item must be well reviewed text or work
• Item should be of quality and sustainable format or condition
• Item should support the needs of the curriculum and/or provide diversity and balance of views or opinions for the collection
• Library acquisitions are determined by budget, by need, and by a rotational system of planned collection development.

 Please note, the library does not attempt to buy copies of textbooks for sciences, business, and other fields.
