  • Library to Host Spring Author Events

    The SCU Library announces it will host a series of spring author signing events designed to bring authors and readers together and encourage connection between the campus and the community. "An Author in Town" will help meet a need of the creative community by allowing local and state authors to do book signings, book readings, and meet-n-greets. The first event will be Saturday January 28 from 3-4 p.m.

    Marilyn A. Hudson, Director of Library Services, published a biography of the Reverend Noel Brooks called Noel Brooks: A Life Shining and Burning, 1914-2006. It was released in December 2011. Library Facelift Underway

Last Monday the guys came to work and began moving books, shelves, and other arcane tasks related to getting the space ready for the compacting shelving.  As a result, the Reference area  (REF) has shifted, the Pentecostal Research Collection (PRC) has changed, and several other things are in the works. May look very different for start of classes in early August.
