Welcome to the U.S.A and Southwestern Christian University. As the university expands its academic and athletic programs, the number of international students has increased. SCU now has students and staff from more than 10 countries. The administration, staff and faculty are excited for you to join our program here. Be sure to look out for your country’s flag at special events on campus.

Throughout the academic year, the university will be organizing campus events which will involve international students such as holiday celebrations and cultural exchange events. SCU will make every effort to help you transition to life in Bethany, Oklahoma and SCU.

There are needs and issues specific to the international student. SCU is committed to making sure that these are met and addressed. The international student body will also have a representative at the Student Senate and International Student Affairs Committee. As a committee, we want your experience as an international student to be rewarding and fulfilling.
