Our Administration

President Bob R. Ely

B.A. Southwestern Christian University

President Bob Ely returned to his alma mater and assumed the presidency in June 1998. Since that time he has led the school in major campus improvements, curricula enhancement and the development of a master plan for future development. These plans include a new Graduate School and Ministry Center to better serve the graduate students, as well as undergraduates. His vision is that the institution becomes a dynamic ministry training center.

 

Dr. Garnet E. Pike

 

B.A. Southern Nazarene University, M.Div., D. Div. (D. Min.) Vanderbilt University.
 

Garnet serves as Dean of the Graduate School and also serves as professor for some of the graduate classes. He taught at Emmanuel College for 10 years where he started the School of Christian Ministries, serving as its first Dean. He has served as Director of church-based Schools of Ministry and has written many articles and study guides to equip pastors and leaders. Garnet is the author of Receiving the Promise of the Father: How to be Baptized in the Holy Spirit

 

 

 

 

 

John Chasteen

B.S. Southwestern Christian University, M.M. Southwestern Christian University, D.Min. candidate, Oral Roberts University

John Chasteen serves as the assistant dean of Southwestern Christian University Graduate School. His ministry experience includes 21 years of pastoring, church revitalization and church planting. John has also served as a conference superintendent with Grace Bible Ministries of Texas. He brings with him a tremendous passion to "help ministers and churches succeed…God’s way!"

Ron Carpenter, Jr.

B.A. Emmanuel College

Ron is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Redemption World Outreach Center in Greenville, SC.  Founded in 1991 with three members, the church is now a thriving spirit-filled body of over 6000 members and over 100 ministries.  Pastor Ron has also ministered his heart for New Testament structure at numerous conferences for pastors and leaders all across the nation.

 

 

Dr. Samuel R. Chand

B.A. Beulah Heights Bible College, M.A. Grace Theological Seminary, D.D. Heritage Bible College

As a Dream Releaser Dr. Samuel R. Chand serves pastors, ministries and businesses as a Leadership Architect and Change Strategist.
Dr Chand has served as senior Pastor, College President, Chancellor and President Emeritus of Beulah Heights University in Atlanta.

 

 
 

Dr. J. Robert (Bobby) Clinton

B.E.E. Auburn University, M.E.E. New York University, M.A.B.E. Columbia Bible College Graduate School, D.Miss. Fuller Theological Seminary, Ph.D. Fuller Theological Seminary

Bobby serves as Associate Professor of Leadership, School of World Missions at Fuller Theological Seminary.  He consults several missions boards after serving a missionary term in Jamaica.  A former marine and electrical engineer, Bobby has taught at several Bible Colleges and Christian Colleges, as well as at Fuller overseas extension sites.  He is the author of The Making Of A Leader, Spiritual Gifts Leadership Emergence Theory and numerous publications, articles and teaching materials.

 

Mark Crow

B.A. Oral Roberts University, M.M. Southwestern Christian University

In 1994, Mark and his wife Jennifer began Victory Christian Center in Oklahoma City with a group of fifteen people.  The church has grown to a membership of over seven thousand and hosts multiple Sunday morning services.  Mark has served in the ministry for over twenty years on staffs at several churches across the country, including Victory Christian Center, Tulsa Oklahoma. He has authored Why Church and other resources for church leaders.
 

 

 Dr. Harold Dalton

A. A. Emmanuel College, B.A. Oral Roberts University, M.A. Fuller Theological Seminary, School of World Mission, D.Min. Trinity Evangelical Divinity School

Harold serves as Assistant Director of World Missions for the IPHC and leads the Passport to Miossions and the Safari programs.  He has also served as a missionary in South Africa where he developed the Theological Education by Extension program and wrote program instruction books for ministerial training.  Harold has pastored in Atlanta and published several articles on missions.  
 

 

Dr. Howard L. Foltz

B.S. Southwestern Assemblies of God College, M.A. Assemblies of God Graduate School, D.Min. Denver Theological Seminary

Howard serves as the Professor of Divinity (Global Evangelization) at Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA.  He established the Dallas/Ft. Worth Teen Challenge program and the first Teen Challenge in Europe in Hague, Holland.  He is the Founder and President of the Association of International Mission Services (AIMS) leading mission and evangelism outreaches all over the world.
 

 

Sherry D. Gaither

B.A. Seton Hall University, M.A. Interdenominational Theological Center, D.Min. Luther Rice Seminary

Sherry is chairperson of the Leadership Department at Beulah Heights Bible College where she brings her fifteen years of corporate management experience to the classroom.  She is the founder of Training Christians to be Leaders (TCL), a multi-media ministry and has a daily radio program, "Words of Life", heard throughout the state of Georgia.

 

 

Dr. Richard A. Goode

B.A. West Virginia University, M.Div. Wesley Theological Seminary, D.D. Church of God Southern California School of Ministry, D.Min. Union Institute

Richard is Director of Urban Ministry Studies at Beulah Heights Bible College.  This school in Atlanta also houses the Bishop Eddie L. Long Center for Urban Ministry and Public Policy.  He is active in many urban programs in the city of Atlanta and is pastor/developer of the Fellowship of Prayer International Church and Outreach Missions.  Richard also serves as a consultant to many ministries in Atlanta.
 

 

Dr. Daniel F. Greenlee

B.S. Bethany Bible College, M.A., D.Min. California Graduate School of Theology

Dan is the Pastor of The Father's House in San Jose, CA.,  leading it in continual growth and outreach.  The church is a multi-ethnic congregation and has sent out over twenty-five ministry teams to pastor and serve as missionaries.  He also serves as President of Advantage College and has served as the Superintendent of the Pacific Western Conference of the IPHC. 

 
 

Dr. Robert E. Logan

B.S. University of California, Los Angeles, M.Div. Western Baptist Seminary, D.Min. Fuller Theological Seminary

Bob is Executive Director of CoachNet and President of Strategic Ministries Inc.  He is a renowned church planting consultant, speaker and strategist having worked with national leaders in over 20 countries.,  He is a featured lecturer and a premier voice for contemporary church planting.  His writings have appeared in many magazines and journals, and his many books include Beyond Church Growth, The Church Planters Tool Kit, and Leading and Managing Your Church with Carl George.

 
 

Dr. Aubrey M. Malphurs

B.A. Florida Atlantic University, Th.M Dallas Theological Seminary, Ph.D. Dallas Theological Seminary

Aubrey is Department Chairman and Professor of Field Education at Dallas Theological Seminary.  He is a veteran pastor and church planter with a vision to equip a new generation of leaders.  He is the author of articles in a variety of publications and over 10 books, including Developing a Vision For Ministry in the 21st Century.  His teaching and preaching ministry has taken him to many countries of the world.



 

Tony Miller

J. Anthony (Tony) Miller

Bishop Tony and Kathy Miller serve as pastors of Cathedral of Praise in Oklahoma City and are leading the church in continual growth. They are the founding pastors of New Harvest Church in Clewiston FL. In 1991, Bishop founded and gives apostolic oversight to Destiny World Outreach, an equipping ministry of front-line pastors and leaders. He is a gifted communicator and the author of Journey To Significance and other leadership development resources.

 


 

 

Dr. Charles (Chuck) D. Pierce

B.A. Texas A & M University, M.S. University of North Texas, D.Min. Wagner Leadership Institute

Chuck serves as Vice President of Global Harvest Ministries in relation to the World Prayer Center in Colorado Springs, CO., and President of Glory of Zion International Ministries.  Chuck is a well known prophetic voice, specializing in city transformation and prayer mobilization.  He has authored the following books: Possessing Your Inheritance, Receiving the Word of the Lord, Ridding Your Home of Spiritual Darkness, and Future War of the Church.

 

 

Dr. David Shibley

B.A. John Brown University, M.Div. Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, D.D. Oral Roberts University

David is the President and Founder of Global Advance and has ministered in more than forty nations in church leadership conferences and evangelistic crusades.  David serves on several missions boards including the Association of International Missions Services (AIMS), Teen Mania Ministries, DaySpring International, Every Home for Christ, and Mission America Committee.  He is the author of A Force in the Earth and hosts a daily radio program, WorldWatch with David Shibley.


 

Dr. Stan Toler

B.A. Southern Nazarene University, Th.B. Circleville Bible College, Th.M. Florida Beacon Seminary, D.Min. Maranatha Seminary, D.D. Southern California Theological Seminary

Stan Serves as Senior Pastor of Trinity Church of the Nazarene in Oklahoma City, and hosts the television program "Leadership Today".  He is a Model Church Instructor for INJOY ministries, teaching seminars on strategic planning, stewardship, outreach, and leadership.  Author of multiple books and manuals on the subjects of church ministry, evangelism, and helps for pastors, including his book, The Five Star Church.


 

Dr. Lance Wallnau

B.A., International Seminary; M.M., Southwestern Christian University; D.Div (Hon), Southern California Bible College

Lance is President of Lance Learning Group and a dynamic teacher mixing his messages with humor, illustrations, drawings, and fresh vocabulary which penetrates deep into the heart.  Lance's prophetic teaching helps people see a clearer path into transformation.  Such high intensity in the Holy Spirit, accompanied by his pointed, colorful delivery, and use of diagrams and instruments, enable him to impact his audiences and clients worldwide.  His teaching is an unforgettable experience.

 

Dr. Owen C. Weston

B.A., M.A. Olivet Nazarene University, M.Div. Nazarene Theological Seminary, D.Min Midwestern Baptist Seminary, Ph.D. University of South Africa

Owen serves a Professor of Church Growth/Health and Church Revitalization.  He previously taught at Regent University, College of Theology and Ministry, Virginia Beach, VA.  He has planted growing churches and now serves as a church growth consultant.  Owen also has written numerous articles, pamphlets and manuals on church growth and the book, Spiritual Gifts: Your Job Description From God.
