Brief Job Description: The Youth Pastor is responsible to equip and teach the youth of Grace Church by God’s Word through His Spirit to be authentic followers of Christ. Our Xample Youth Ministry meets on Wednesday night. The Youth Pastor may also lead and facilitate the youth worship team, if gifted in this area. The Youth Pastor would build relationships with the youth (6th – 12th grades) as well as their parents. They would organize and take the youth to conferences as desired and camp annually. The Youth Pastor will build a leadership team of adults to help you in the equipping and overseeing the youth. They will be expected to be involved in the lives of the people at Grace Church and attend Sunday services.
