Brief Job Description: The Worship Leader leads contemporary worship for all Grace Church services using the worship team. As well as, oversees our audio/video department by recruiting, training and overseeing volunteers and maintaining the equipment. The Worship Leader will conduct worship practice weekly or biweekly, tend to and care for the worship, audio and video teams and their families by having good relationships with them. Also, the Worship Leader may lead the worship for the youth service on Wednesday night and conduct youth worship team practice as necessary.
