The goal for Southwestern Christian University's athletic program is to represent and glorify Christ in all we do. We believe that this can be done by the way we demonstrate Christ like character while competing in physical competition. We expect our athletes to love Jesus Christ, become leaders on campus, and be committed to excellence in the classroom.

SCU is a member of the National Christian College Athletic Association, and the Interstate Collegiate Conference. SCU competes in Division II, which is a non-athletic scholarship division.
