Message from the President
Since 1946, SCU has prepared young people and leaders to
impact their generations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the
power of the Holy Spirit. Our goal is summarized in three
words: SCHOLARSHIP, SPIRIT, SERVICE.
Scholarship involves excellence in academic instruction based on
the integration of God's Word into every course taught.
Spirit means the students at SCU are actively involved in spirit
anointed chapel services, inspirational spiritual life
opportunities and spirit directed outreach ministries.
Service, symbolized by Christ washing Peter's feet, conveys the
University's commitment to produce servant leaders who impact
culture through ministry, vocation and career. Whatever
your career goals, SCU offers you the opportunity to be
academically prepared and spiritually empowered to change your
world!
On the SCU campus you will discover a "family"
atmosphere of Christian care and concern. You will develop
lifelong relationships with faculty, staff members and other
committed Christian students.
